Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy involves evaluating your flexibility, strength, balance, stability, agility, coordination and general athleticism using various assessment methods. After determining your specific needs, we use manual therapy, acupuncture, electrical stimulation, exercise, education, and lifestyle modifications to help you recover from injury, get out pain and optimize your performance as an athlete and martial artist.
Movement Coaching
Our Movement Coaches use the virtual mobility to lead you through various mobility and capacity screens that help us understand what aspects of your physical function are limiting your full performance potential. From here, we prescribe exercises to assist you with your mobility, strength and conditioning to help you excel in your sport!
Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning coach will help you achieve your fitness goals, to help make sure your body is physically prepared for your sport. This will consist of programming for weights, cardio, plyometrics and any other types of training that will be necessary.
